1. Scope of Services

OrganizesNowUp provides organization assistance and daily order helpers (“Services”), digital informational products (“Info Products”), and physical items (“Products”). Each category is subject to the provisions below.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance. We accept major methods as displayed at checkout. Access to digital materials occurs after full payment is processed. Shipment of goods begins once payment is confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

If you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, we will reimburse the full service fee. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparation and scheduling commitments. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment; we will accommodate subject to availability.

3.2 Info Products

Digital access is granted immediately upon purchase. All sales of digital content are final. No reimbursement or exchanges will be issued once access is delivered, as content is non-recoverable. If access has not been activated, you may request cancellation within 14 days for a full reimbursement.

3.3 Physical Items

You may ship back unused items within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement of the product price, excluding original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for sending items back. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the reimbursement within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Service Scheduling

To reschedule a service appointment, notify us at least 24 hours before your booked time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee of the service price.

5. No Reimbursement Circumstances

Services marked as “non-reimbursable” during checkout, special offers, and custom solutions are exempt from any reimbursement due to dedicated resource allocation and planning.
